With over 20 years of experience in executive search and talent acquisition, I’ve spent my career helping organizations find their dream teams and individuals land their dream jobs. As Senior Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Edelman Smithfield, a global financial communications boutique within Edelman, I lead the charge in connecting top talent with roles that make an impact. From New York to London, and across 25+ cities worldwide, I thrive on finding the right fit for every opportunity in the high-stakes world of financial communications and capital markets.

 

Before joining Edelman Smithfield, I wore many hats (and loved every one of them). I helped companies big and small find their next leaders at MediaLink, Heyman Associates, and Diversified Search Group. My journey started at Heidrick & Struggles, grew at CTPartners, and even took a detour to Broadway, where I played Le Fou in Beauty and the Beast (yes, I can still sing "Gaston").

 

Armed with a BFA in Theatre from Hofstra University and a knack for storytelling, I bring creativity and energy to every search and every coaching session. As a certified Senior Professional Career Coach, I also work with individuals to help them find clarity, confidence, and their next big move. Whether I’m building teams, coaching future leaders, or adding a dash of humor to high-pressure situations, I’m all about making connections that count.
